Fee Refund Policy

Procedure of Refund & Cancellation: 

  • The candidate who has taken admission in UG/PG Course can apply for cancellation of his/her admission.
  • The application should be addressed to the Principal, Ladhidevi Ramdhar Maheshwari Night College of Commerce, Malad (W), stating the cancellation of admission procured in the academic year ________________ in the Course of ______________ & admitted to ________________ (i.e. First Year / Second year/Third year).
  •  The applicant should enclosed his Original Fee receipt along with the Cancellation Application, applicant should preserve a copy of the application letter & photocopy of the fee receipt (dully stamped and in-warded by the college authority).
  • The refund of fees as applicable shall be made on or before 30 days after the date of cancellation and thereafter.
