Report on Teacher’s Day celebration
Durgadevi Saraf Junior College Celebrated Teacher’s Day with great zeal & enthusiasm on 4th September 2021. Students performed stimulating cultural show to devote their love, respect, acknowledgement & recognition of the hard work of the teachers towards their development.
The cultural program was fused with songs, poems & skit. The solo dance competition was organised by DSJC for SYJC students. Students’ dynamic performance was worth watching. The purpose was to bring out the dancing skills of our talented students.
Total 19 students participated in this competition which demanded the use of classic props.
Mrs. Shweta T & Mr. Surendra S judged the performance focussing on 4 important aspects Usage of Prop, Facial expressions & Body movements, Concept and Rhythm and beats.
The event was huge success & efforts of the students were appreciated by all the teachers. In a closely contested competition, the following students were declared as winners:

2nd Prize Deepanshu Rawat (SYJC J)
3rd Prize Aditi Dave (SYJC G)
