Report on Rakhi Making competition “Anokhi Rakhi”
Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers & sisters.With the view to celebrate the occasion and to enhance creativity among the students , DurgaDevi Saraf junior college organized Rakhi making competition on 18th August 2021.The competition started at 3:30 P.M. To conduct the competition safely, the same was conducted through Google Meet.The event was celebrated with full enthusiasm and zeal.
Students of 12th standard participated in the competition and made colorful Rakhi’s. The event was started with warm welcome of judges, teachers&participants. The students enthusiastically participated in the competition as they got an opportunity to exhibit their talent. They used decorative threads,stars, mirrors ,pearls, matchsticks and flowers for making beautiful Rakhis.
The judges for Rakhi Making Competition were Pooja Tiwari&Nazia. The names of the winners in respective categories are as follows:-
1st Prize – Purnima Sukhla (XII S4)
2nd Prize – Nikita Verma (XII D)
3rd Prize– Prachi Parte (XII C)
1st Consolation Prize – Komal Kanojiya (XII A)
2nd Consolation Prize – Alfiya Shaikh (XII J)
3rd Consolation Prize – Arshin Malkani (XII M)
4th Consolation Prize – Bhakti Hule (XII C)
The event was concluded by vote of thanks to judges, teachers & participants.
