Career Development program is aimed at assisting students in areas of academic and career growth. It will help in enhancing your inter personal as well as professional skills.
The program includes a detailed career assessment intending to assess the students%u2019 aptitude, interest and personality, which is essential for an individual to have in depth understanding of self growth and professional growth.
On 8th November 2017, RMCC had initiated the career development program with the students of DSJC Junior College. The students appeared for the online career assessment test. The program started with a brief introduction about RMCC and the gamut of services the students can avail for their holistic development. Each student was administered with their chosen career stream that is from science and commerce. The event was concluded on a successful note.?
