RMCC conducted Career Guidance and Counseling Program for the students of KGES School (SSC) of 10th grade. The Career assessment conducted gauge student’s aptitude, interest and personality. It also helps students to identify their areas of strength and weaknesses and get an in-depth understanding of themselves. The students were guided for the best stream option apt for them and career options they could pursue in future.
The Career Guidance program was conducted on 11th and 12th January, 2018 for the students of Grade X. The program started with a brief introduction about RMCC and the services provided for the students. The students were motivated and actively participated in the program.
Post the conduction of the test; the students were then scheduled for their individual report discussion along with their Parents. The career counselor spent time discussing their aptitude, interest and personality traits and which career Options will be best suited for them in future. The Career Guidance and Counseling Program ended on a successful note.
