RMCC had initiated the career development program with the students of GSCC Degree College. In continuation of this program the students of BBI, BAF, BFM and BMS courses of GSCC and LRMC appeared for the online career assessment test on 28th September, 2017. The program started with a brief introduction about RMCC and its service offered for students. Each student was administered the assessment as per their chosen curriculum course. Career Development program is aimed at assisting students in areas of academics and career growth. It is designed for enhancing their professional as well as inter-personal skills.
The program includes a detailed career assessment intending to assess their aptitude, interest and personality, which is very essential for an individual to have an in-depth understanding of self for personal and professional growth.
More than 80 students appeared for the assessment, post which an individual career counselling session with the counsellor was scheduled for each student. The process was accomplished successfully and from the students%u2019 feedbacks it was reflected that they were helped very much with the assessment and the guidance.
