The BMS department of Ghanshyamdas Saraf of College conducted their annual departmental activity “INNOVISION 2019” based on the theme “Sustainable Business Plans” on 14th February, 2019. The activity was conducted in Durgadevi Saraf Auditorium between 9am to 1pm.<\/p>\n

The event was inaugurated in the hands of the esteemed Principal Dr. Jayant Apte. The core student participants of FYBMS exhibited their potential through their viable sustainable business plans.<\/p>\n

The theme “Sustainable Business Plans” helped to ‘Inspire, Ignite & Integrate’ the young minds to think like the new age entrepreneur. It thus served to bring in the best minds to devise creative, innovative and sustainable business plans.<\/p>\n

Twenty-five impressive business plans were presented by the budding entrepreneurs of Saraf College. Participants presented their unique ideas and the best plans were selected. Some of the distinctive ideas displayed via their plans were on stevia farming, edible spoons, Haemoglobin+ supplement, smoke filter, sawdust candles, etc. The winning plans were based on:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Soil Humidity Automatic detector – a very useful tool for farmers<\/li>\n
  • Hydrophonics \u2013 an effective & cost-efficient way of organic vegetation in cities<\/li>\n
  • Tesla Coil \u2013 a means of generating cost-effective electricity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Prof. Prasanna Choudhari & Prof. Sonali Khade were the judges for the competition. The winners were:<\/p>\n

    “Innovision 2019” was an enormous success owing to the remarkable layout of business plans. The herculean task of implementing the plans was successfully executed by the FYBMS student participants with the active support of student volunteers from SYBMS & TYBMS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
