About Draupadidevi Sanwarmal Women's Hostel

Rajasthani Sammelan has set up Draupadidevi Sanwarmal Women's Hostel to provide residential accommodation to girl students pursuing higher education in the Institutions run by trust and also to those who do not have residential facilities in Mumbai. The hostel is on 11th & 12th floor of the RSET Campus. The hostel can accommodate 135 girl students.

DSWH is based on the need to provide good quality accommodation exclusively to girl students. The rooms are available on sharing basis and managed by a Rector & Hostel Incharge. The hostel provides accommodation to girl students pursuing higher studies.

  • The hostel has AC and Non AC triple occupancy rooms on both the floors.
  • All the rooms have attached toilets, designed in such a way that they can be serviced when the rooms are locked.
  • Each student in a room is provided with a bed, a writing table, a chair & a common sofa.

ELIGIBILITY
ELIGIBILITY
  • Students studying in colleges or department of the Mumbai University will be considered for admission. Students should not be engaged in any remunerative work.
  • Only a student residing beyond the city limits of Mumbai (i.e. beyond Khopoli, Panvel, Bhiwandi, Palghar ) can apply for accommodation in the hostel.
  • Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of Eligibility Criteria, Submission of Required documents. The students must introduce two Local Guardians.
  • The student must be willing to obey all the rules and regulations of the hostel as prescribed from time to time by the management.
  • Admission to the Hostel will be done on the basis of the availability of the seats and conduct of the students approved by the Authorities from time to time.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission to Draupadidevi Sanwarmal Women's Hostel is through the online application process. There are no printed / physical forms. All admissions will be considered only on the receipt of online application

After filling the online form, you would get a downloadable PDF of the filled-up form. Please take a print of the filled-up form, attach the photocopies of the required documents and submit the same to the Rector at the hostel.

On being selected for admission, an SMS will be sent on your registered mobile number.

On being offered admission, please pay the fees within the stipulated period as communicated in the offer letter.
