Student Council


The Student Council at MBIS is a representative structure for all the students in the institution. The purpose behind this initiative is to groom young leaders, to play an integral and important role in the school community, thus enabling them to face global challenges. All students from Grade 1 to 12 are placed in one of the four houses- Ruby, Topaz, Sapphire & Emerald. The council is formed through the democratic process that involves both election and selection. It provides students with the opportunity to get involved in most of the school based activities and work in liaison with students, staff and management of the school. The Student Council Committee also comprises of teachers. Each of the 4 houses in the school has teachers as House Advisors.
